Pressure cooker bodies are made of 1st quality stainless steel, which is preferred in the kitchen industry all over the world. This steel contains 18% Cr 10% Ni in AISI 304 standards.

The material with very high corrosion resistance (without coating) provides mirror-like surfaces with a special polishing process.

The bottom of the pot is made of AISI 430 quality stainless steel, which is compatible with induction cookers. A 5 mm aluminum disc is used on the base for thermal heat dissipation and protection, in etial 6 norm, with a purity of 99.60%.

The handles are made of bakelite or melamine material, depending on the model.
When all pressure cookers are used properly, they preserve the nutritional value of the food and contribute to the home economy thanks to the use of less energy.

When using pressure cookers, they should be filled with a maximum of 2/3 (filling 1/3 if possible), the cooking valves should be checked and kept clean, when closing the lid to start cooking, it should be checked that it is fully closed and that the clamps are in place.
